March 19-23, 2012

Science- Tomorrow (Tuesday) we will have a short 10 point quiz on the parts of the flower. The information can be found on page eight, number eight in the packet. We will continue to care for our beans to prepare them for planting and working through the packet.

Next week we will have a quiz Tuesday (27th) on the chapter vocabulary. Students will be given the words to study. Thursday (29th) will be the test on the entire packet (minus the parts of flower and vocab.)

Religion- This week we will discuss The Passion and work on an activity to go along with our discussion.

March 22- Field Trip- Students may wear orange spirit shirt
March 22- Report Cards go home
March 23- Class mass-mass uniform not required

March 12-16, 2012

Science- We are working on our chapter 5- Seed Plants packet. Students will care for their lima bean and watch as the bean begins to sprout. Once they begin to sprout, we will plant them and watch them continue to grow. Test is not scheduled at this time. I will post as soon as I know the date.

Religion- This week we are working through chapter 14- "Jesus Heals Us in the Sacrament of Reconciliation."
